Bevan Morley
Bevan Morley is a qualified Civil Engineer with 30 years’ experience of Project Management and design incorporating conceptualization, planning, design and construction of residential, civil infrastructure and transport systems. During his professional journey he has developed an extensive network of relationships across many specialist disciplines, which together can be relied upon to solve most site challenges.
Bevan’s forte is problem-solving and simplifying complex issues. He is a strong communicator and collaborator who strives to bring the team unit together, working as one, to develop and deliver the best possible outcomes. His focus will be on developing clear agreed outcomes with the client and delivering project surety by leveraging robust project systems and engaging the right specialist at the right time.
Bevan prides himself on his integrity and honest dealings with people. Additionally, he passionately hopes that the successfully delivered outcomes will set you up for future prosperity and help you achieve your life goals.
Katia Morley
Katia Morley has much construction knowledge, completing many renovations & having run a very successful interior decorating practice.

She has personally conducted over 700 colour consultations & her work with display homes has won a multitude of awards for her builders including Master Builders Best Display Home at regional, state and national levels, and the very prestigious Master Builders Presidential Award. Her work has provided colour selections, fittings and material selection as well as overseeing the fit out of homes for those builders.

Her work has been photographed for various publications and has been featured in TV commercials. A highlight of her career came when she worked on a private residence, measuring approximately 4000m2 under roof. The works included luxurious appointments such as steam rooms, an art gallery, 10 bathrooms, a tennis court, enviable chef’s kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, a
waterskiing dam, and a helipad.
Her beautification skills present properties to achieve maximum sale prices and she also holds her real estate registration which helps with understanding the sale process. Her fun and vibrant personality means she is easy to work with. She brings with her genuine happiness, charisma and authenticity.
